Hungary hold for the moment the World Record for Fallow Buck.

The best timing for hunting the Fallow Buck is during the Rut.

The Rut normaly stays 8-10 days on its highest level starting around October 10 and goes until 25th of October depending of Estate.

In Hungary you will be able to take Trophees from 2,5 - 4,5 kg in most of the Hunting Estates and at the strongest Estates even above 5 kg.

When the Rut is on its top you're often able to sneak into close distance of Buck listening the his "dog"-shouting or from High Stand awaiting the rutting Buck to explore him self.
